1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c butter (can substitute margarine, but butter is better)
1 c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9" unbaked pie shell
Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming butter and
Add eggs to creamed mixture and beat well.
Then add milk and coconut and vanilla.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min or until pie is golden brown and firm.
