1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 ½ lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg noodles
½ c shredded cheese
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions; set aside. Brown the meat in butter; add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook noodles as instructed on package. In a square casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles, beef mixture and sour cream mixture. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
