Ham, Pasta and Peas Alfredo

1 pound pasta, cooked al dente
1/2 stick (4 oz) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup frozen green peas
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Add milk and parmesan cheese, whisk until blended, adding more milk as needed to desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add ham and peas, cook until heated through. Add to pasta, stir to coat and cook over medium heat for a minute if needed to warm pasta. Serve immediately with crusty bread and salad.
