Cream Cheese Pound Cake

3 sticks of butter
3 cups of sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups of all purpose flour

Cream butter, sugar and cheese about 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Beat until very fluffy. Add vanilla, add salt and flour gradually. Mix only until well blended. Put in well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees F until test done about l hour and 15 minutes. If you feel the cake is browning too fast lower the temp.Ratonda C
