Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Watkins Vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbls cocoa
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Watkins Cinnamon
2 cups zucchini, peeled and chopped

Cream shortenings and sugar; add eggs and Watkins Vanilla. Beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with sour milk. Mix in zucchini. Turn into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325° for 40 - 45 minutes or until done. Spread with topping while cake is till warm.

Topping

1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix well - I like to put this in the microwave for a minute or two to soften everything up.
