3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup Granola mix
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat over to 425 degrees. Butter muffin pans.
Combine flours, salt and baking powder. Add Granola mix and brown sugar. Stir well.
In a small bowl, combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Batter SHOULD be lumpy.
Fill pans 2/3 full, Bake 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
